We’re seeking passionate, knowledgeable, and driven individuals to join our Michelin award-winning wine team. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside some of the best in the industry, in an environment that values excellence, learning, and a deep appreciation for fine wine.The Wine Runner / Apprentice position is an entry-level role in the Wine Department, designed for individuals eager to learn and grow in the world of wine and fine dining. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a highly respected wine program under the guidance of our Wine Director.Responsibilities: Expedite and run all wine by the glass service promptly and accurately. Support restaurant operations, including running food, bussing tables, and assisting service staff as needed. Participate in weekly wine education meetings led by the Wine Director. Maintain cleanliness and organization of wine stations and service areas. Uphold service standards and assist in creating a seamless guest experience. Qualifications: Required: Strong interest in wine and hospitality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills Willingness to learn and take direction Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Preferred: Previous restaurant or hospitality experience Basic knowledge of wine or a desire to pursue formal wine education
